A virtual presentation by Layne Dalfen, a dream analyst & interpreter from Montreal, Canada.
Whether you remember them or you don’t, our dreams provide a very specific solution to the very specific situation that’s bugging you this week! In fact a dream is an interior conversation that takes place between your conscious and your unconscious mind. At the first level, the dream is triggered by something that either happened to you or that you thought about the day before the dream. Most importantly, since the solution to how you want to respond to the person or situation you are facing this week appears in the dream before you get it consciously, our dreams offer us the ability to propel our problem-solving. Moreover, since we are multi-tasking, not only this week’s current problem, but the responses we have become accustomed to, our dreams open the door to both short and long-term change. While Layne Dalfen will focus on uncovering the surface situations that “trigger” a dream, she also teaches how to look deeper into our responses to life’s situations.
Layne Dalfen has been a dream interpreter for more than 40 years, educating individuals on the value of decoding dreams. She is a specialist in translating the language of metaphor with a focus on the works of Freud, Jung, Perls, and Adler. She founded the Dream Interpretation Center in 1997 and teaches Dream Analysis at Montreal’s Concordia University. She has made more than 250 radio, podcast and television appearances for major networks in both the United States and Canada.
