An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 28, 2023

Have fun and improve your strength & endurance, both in and out of the chair.  This weekly class combines  movement with light strength training, range of motion work, and relaxation.  Please  join insructor Sharron Cohen on Zoom for this energizing class which will run on Mondays through the month of May.  If there is enough interest & attendance with a minimum of 6, the series will continue throughout the summer.
