DESCRIPTION:Have fun and improve your strength & endurance\, both in and out of the chair.  This weekly class combines  movement with light strength training\, range of motion work\, and relaxation. Phillip Coyle has graciously agreed to be our substitute instructor until Deirdre returns. Phil  has been trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in functional fitness training and group training.
