Teen Self Love Meditation

Please join us for this 4-week series conducted by Amy Rutledge, certified meditation instructor. Meditation for teenagers is crucial for cultivating self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, stress, anxiety relief, and help with navigating difficult emotions and change. Meditation also helps release limiting beliefs and negative self-talk which really tend hold us back as we get older in life.
Learn a new anxiety coping skill. Guided Loving Kindness (metta) practice to cultivate self love and compassion towards ourselves and other people in our lives. This practice helps us to understand how we are all deeply interconnected in our desire to be loved and to be happy!
