Teen Self Love Meditation

Please join us for this 4-week series conducted by Amy Rutledge, certified meditation instructor. Meditation for teenagers is crucial for cultivating self love, self worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, stress, anxiety relief, and help with navigating difficult emotions and change. Meditation also helps release limiting beliefs and negative self-talk which really tend hold us back as we get older in life.
Learn a new anxiety coping skill. Guided goal setting creative visualization. Students are guided to creatively visualize what they desire and dream for their lives. This is an exciting fun journey that gives us the confidence to dream big and go after what we really want and are inspired to do!
