Tai Chi
Certified Personal Trainer, and Pound Ridge resident, Suzanne Vining will lead a series of free Tai Chi classes on Zoom. Tai Chi is the slow-moving, centuries old martial art which can help improve balance (both physical and mental), keep the body supple, aid in physical and emotional well-being, reduce stress, and help reduce blood pressure.
