Certified Personal Trainer, and Pound Ridge resident, Suzanne Vining will lead her Tai Chi classes on Zoom.
Please contact Suzanne at 330-962-7937 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2-hours prior to class, so she can send you a Zoom invitation link.
How to use Zoom video:
- Go to https://zoom.us/download
- From the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client for Meetings”
- The application will automatically download
- Click on the link Suzanne has sent you in the email inviting you to join her on Zoom. You will be able to choose to be seen by your class or simply see Suzanne.
Tai Chi is the slow-moving, centuries old martial art which can help improve balance (both physical and mental), keep the body supple, aid in physical and emotional well-being, reduce stress, and help reduce blood pressure.
The series will focus on gentle low-impact cardio, functional fitness and Tai Chi inspired movements and relaxation. This class will have modifications and challenges for all.
These classes are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Wear loose fitting clothing & flat shoes.
