Taking Better Care of Yourself

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until April 9, 2021

This six-week series continues evidence-based self-care practices. Each 60-minute session addresses a special domain of wellness and present best practices. All practice enhances the mind-body-breath connection which is considered the key to optimal well being. This next series will focus on the self-care practices that support the mind and body in the dynamic transition from winter to spring – dormant to rebirth. Instructor Deirdre Breen, NBC-HWC, AHC, is a board certified health and wellness coach, master yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over 35 years experience. She has been offering the Library’s weekly Mindfulness Meditation program since 2016. Dr. Deborah Kiley, DNP, will join the series periodically.
