Taking Better Care – Mind Matters

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until August 14, 2020
What difference could having more command over your mind’s activities have in your life? This six-week program is designed to help you gain control over the fluctuations of your mind. You’ll be introduced and practice a step-by-step process to cultivate focus and direct your attention toward something meaningful. Attention and focus are cumulative and practice is necessary. Therefore, expect to have weekly assignments and at-home practice to develop skills and make meaningful progress. The result? This step-by-step process will produce a mindset that’s new and exciting. Imagine feeling more involved with your life and able to aim your attention with confidence – utterly transforming.
