An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until June 29, 2021
This special EVENING eight-week series continues evidence-based self-care practices. Each 60-minute session addresses a special domain of wellness and present best practices. All practice enhances the mind-body-breath connection which is considered the key to optimal well being. This new series will focus on Personalized Health Planning. utilizing Duke Integrative Medicine’s step-by-step process to assist individuals in planning for health. It includes understanding one’s vision for health and creating an on-going plan for achieving it. Join Deirdre Breen , a certified Duke Integrative Health Coach, as she guides your health care with guest, Dr.Deborah Kiley, who will assist in the navigation of professional care options. “Unless we plan and take action, we won’t experience our best health.”

Instructor Deirdre Breen, NBC-HWC, AHC, is a board certified health and wellness coach, master yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor with over 35 years experience. She has been offering the Library’s weekly Mindfulness Meditation program since 2016.
