Taking Better Care of Yourself

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until December 18, 2020
This six-week series introduces evidence-based self-care practices. Each 60-minute session addresses a special domain of wellness and present best practices. Topics include how to get your best sleep, feed yourself well, use your mind better, create calm through breathing, choose your best exercise and appreciate your body more. All practice enhances the mind-body-breath connection which is considered the key to optimal well being. This series will focus on Resiliency, Part 2. It will continue teaching you practices that will help you become more resilient in the face of life’s incessant ups-and-downs.
