Let’s explore the amazing monuments and architecture the ancient Romans left behind and how they relate to modern design and buildings. Aqueducts, the famous Pantheon, columns and more!
This is the fourth session in a six-week series. The series is appropriate for students in Kindergarten – Grade 5.
Marisa Horowitz- Jaffe has been teaching, studying and living ancient history for over 25 years. Her background includes double Bachelors degrees in Roman Archaeology and Egyptology from The University of Michigan, and a Master’s degree from Harvard University in Art and Museum Education. She spent two decades working in elite NYC art museum education departments, and now enjoys bringing her own artifacts and mobile museum to teach enrichment programs in schools, libraries and community groups. Currently, she is teaching online virtual lecture series and virtual museum tours successfully through Outschool.com and through MWM.
