WinterSowing: Growing Native Plants from Seed

Add diversity to your landscape with the simple seed propagation technique of “wintersowing” for native plants. This workshop includes hands-on planting as well as basic concepts of plant reproduction and seed dormancy. Participants will take home a flat or two of garden-worthy native plants which should be ready for prime time in late summer.  Participants are asked to bring a gallon jug and/or large salad box.
