An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Thursday, repeating until December 28, 2023
In addition to the Library’s Modified Yoga via Zoom on Tuesdays and Fridays, we will resume our third offering IN-PERSON at the Library on Thursdays at 10:30am to 11:30am. The instructor will be Lea-Ann Durcan. Lea-Ann’s yoga journey is ongoing. She completed her 500 hour RYT with Yogaworks in NYC and nOMad always at OM in Beacon NY. Lea-Ann is also a certified Yoga Therapeutics Instructor and is currently attending the Kripalu Yoga Therapy 800 hour program which concludes in November 2023. Some of you may know Lea-Ann from Cross River Yoga where she teaches.
Lea-Ann’s intention is for each student to help them find their own personal practice by providing space to cultivate awareness of the mind/body connection, curiosity, and most importantly a sense of humor, lightness and patience with the process.
