Summer Reading Game Kickoff!

School is out!  It is time to “Color Our World” @ Your Library!   Your summer reading adventure begins today when you register for the Summer Reading Game!   A summer of endless possibilities awaits you!

Here is how the Game works:

1.  Choose a Game Piece which you will write your name and age or grade you are entering in September.  Feel free to color, draw on, or express your imagination any way you like on your piece!

2.   Receive a goodie bag which includes a Reading Log to track the books you read OR are read to this summer.  We welcome readers and non-readers to the Game!

3.   For every 6 books you read or are read to, you will move your Game Piece.   You will also receive a raffle ticket to place in the envelope in front of one the six prize baskets which catches your eye!   There will be a grand finale raffle on Saturday, August 23 at 1:30 pm.    The more you read, or are read to, the better chance you have to win the basket which you desire!

After registering for the Game, participate in a fun Scavenger Hunt !   You never know what you might find or where you will be sent in the library!
