Fighting Ageism

This in-person event will take place at Lewisboro Library on April 11th at 7 pm. Wondering how to protect your career or job search from age bias? Age discrimination involves treating an applicant or employee less favorably because of their age. This in-person workshop will address ageism assumptions and myths, explore why ageism exists and how to confront it, discuss modernizing one’s resume and LinkedIn profile and staying current with software and technology, and guide a potential employer’s picture of an applicant.
