Hamlet: Page to Stage

February 8, 2025 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Presented by Shakespeare on the Sound, we are please to present Hamlet: Page to Stage, an adult or advanced enrichment presentation followed by a Q&A session.

Actors will utilize text from the Q1, Q2 and Folio versions of Hamlet to examine the publishing process during Shakespeare’s time, how that process influenced what is universally accepted today as the work of William Shakespeare, and the ongoing role of the modern editor.

A presentational lecture style of information interwoven with monologues designed to support the topic of discussion. The presentation will be equal parts educational and performative.
