FACETS OF NATURE: Classic to Contemporary Art

The Pound Ridge Library is pleased to invite you to enjoy Kendall Klingbeil’s carefully curated show of varied works, inspired by the artist’s love and wonder of nature.

Kendall Klingbeil is an award winning artist who lives and has her own studio/gallery in Pound Ridge where she displays her work and teaches painting.  Her art is exhibited in homes, businesses, and galleries across the country.  The New York Times describes Kendall as an “energy painter whose works make people feel good.”

Quoting Kendall, “In my art life, I love variety!  Since my youth, I’ve explored all kinds of ways to express myself.  Dancing singing, and art.  It’s in my genes, and on my jeans!  I enjoy capturing changing light with different mediums and textures, and also love classically painting. I strive to make the brush, dance, and the paint joyfully sing! This way, I get the best of all worlds.”

The show will run from May 17th through July 12th. An opening reception will be held on May 13th at 3:00pm-5:00pm.
