Have fun and improve your strength & endurance, both in and out of the chair. This weekly class combines movement with light strength training, range of motion work, and relaxation. Deirdre Breen, AHC, NBC-HWC, will be our instructor. Deirdre, a well-known face on the Library’s wellness programs, is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a Yoga Master Teacher – ISHTA Lineage and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.
