Color Theory Workshop

Artist & teacher Evelyn Harvey returns with another in-person art workshop at the library.  This class will be a Color Theory Workshop.  The workshop presents one of the core foundations of art and design.  Color Theory is the study of color – the principles of describing color, manipulating color, color relationships to each other, subtractive and additive color, and how color is interpreted.  All levels are welcome.
