Certified Personal Trainer, and Pound Ridge resident, Sharron Cohen, will lead a virtual series of free Tai Chi classes. Tai Chi is the slow-moving, centuries old martial art which can help improve balance (both physical and mental), keep the body supple, aid in physical and emotional well-being, reduce stress, and help reduce blood pressure.
The series will focus on gentle low-impact cardio, functional fitness and Tai Chi inspired movements and relaxation. This class will have modifications and challenges for all.
These classes are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Wear loose fitting clothing & flat shoes.
